Okay guys, I'm writing to see if anyone has encounterd this.

    I need some help here:

I have a clear bubble in the white part of my eye. It looks as if its like a water blister you get on your hand.

It's clear and looks like water is inside. Its only in the white part of my right eye. It formed about 20 minutes ago after my eye hurt and seemed like it had something in it (like a hair). I rubbed and rubbed for a minute and then just closed my eye. a few minutes later I looked in the mirror and a bubble appeared.

Has anyone got this before? I heard it could be allergic or some bacteria and I was thinking probably after fishing and touching my fishing reel I have transferred some stuff to my eye.

    ??

Hey, I typically charge for my assesments but, here ya go.

    It's a pinguecula.

A pinguecula is a yellowish patch or bump on the white of the eye, most often on the side closest to the nose. It is not a tumor but an alteration of normal tissue resulting in a deposit of protein and fat. Unlike a pterygium, a pinguecula does not actually grow onto the cornea. A pinguecula may also be a response to chronic eye irritation or sunlight.

    Nothing to worry about.

Adam, thanks. but its on the right side not near the nose.
Does the bubble burst? How long should I be having it?

Has anyone had it and it burst or went away quickly?

LOL your spasing out. Most times it's on the inner part however, doesn't mean all the time. Chill, rinse your eye out well and forget about it. By tomorrow it should be gone. I have those in both my eyes, typically when I'm really tired they come out. Your Fine. Everything will be ok. Now if you had blury or darkened/loss of vision then that's a reason to start craping your pants. LOL

I would strongly suggest you find an optometrist, ophthalmologist or optician ,

unless you can Locate here a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry .

Am not an eye doctor, and while I might have a few things to say, your health
is more important than my opinion, dont wait any longer, just in case.
hopefully is nothing to be worried about,

    Good luck.

Quit surfing gay porn. I've never done so and don't have bubbles in my eyes, a clear indication that no gay porn = no bubbles.

Think of how much fun it would be to fish for tuna with one eye. Take it from someone with a -6.5 in one eye and -7.5 in the other, you don't mess around when it comes to your vision. Go see a doctor.
